Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time: Standard UK delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days once dispatched.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, with the option for free delivery on orders over a certain value (if applicable).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Haflinger slippers, and if for any reason you're not, we offer a simple and easy returns process.
Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, worn or damaged slippers cannot be accepted for returns.
To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet our return policy, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
